After working several years with automation companies and being in contact with many customers, we realize that today is very difficult for small size businesses to hire Automation Engineers since most of them are already working for big end users, machine builders or system integrators.

For years most of the Automation leaders in hardware and software have been developing tools to perform remote monitoring of their systems but engineering have been a challenge due to the fear of accessing their industrial networks.

During 2020 pandemic we realized that a lot of customers started to lose that fear and are more open to have remote engineering support and access to their networks thanks to robust VPN's and Cybersecurity systems.
